Cancellation Policy:
* When booking an appointment with me, you agree to the following terms below:
* We reserve a space especially for you at your chosen time. We require 24 hours to re-schedule your appointment as I am an independent business with staff of one (me!)
* If in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice; you will be required to pay 50% of your total appointment cost to compensate the lost time .
* If the reason for needing to cancel is medical the cancellation fee will be waived with a reschedule of the appointment to when you are able to come in.
* If you do not show up to your appointment you will not be refunded your $100 booking deposit.
* A NO SHOW will result in a required full pre-payment for your next appointment and is non-refundable.
* Last minute cancellations (within an hour of booking) will be treated the same as NO SHOWS.
* If you are running more than 15 minutes late, you will need to message me via SMS AND phone call.
